ABOUT ME

Professional

My career blends corporate rigor with an entrepreneurial mindset—I’m naturally curious, hands-on, and focused on getting things done.

I started at AKA Agency in London, learning 360 marketing for West End theater—where every seat sold meant the show went on. It shaped my focus on results and accountability early on.

I went on to spend 10+ years at top NYC agencies like Dentsu Creative and MBooth, leading national campaigns for brands like Verizon, Starbucks, and NIVEA—building a strong foundation in integrated strategy, large scale execution, and leading the C Suite.

At Red Antler, I worked with 50+ early-stage brands during a pivotal growth period, leading strategy across brand, design, and user experience—helping shape how modern startups are built and launched.

At Milk (Milk Studios), I expanded into luxury, hospitality, and culture—leading 360 initiatives including Intersect by Lexus NYC, an immersive brand experience at the intersection of art, design, and dining.

I later founded Third House Life, my global consultancy—partnering with founders and companies to launch and scale brands. I’ve led initiatives across startups and corporations including Spotify and Barilla, and served as Huddle’s first Head of Experience & Partnerships.

I bring a global perspective—working across cultures, managing teams and projects across time zones, and building strong international networks to move work forward efficiently.

My experience spans wellness, luxury, travel, and entertainment—always grounded in building brands that connect through strong strategy, beautiful design, and community experience.

Personal

Outside of work, I’m driven by curiosity and movement. I’ve lived around the world—including London, Paris, Guatemala, and Lisbon—which has shaped my perspective, adaptability, and global network.

I recently completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali, deepening my interest in resilience, community-building and understand mind-body connection that consumers crave.

In my free time, you’ll find me with my rescue dog Rosa Lou, hiking, exploring AI, learning Portuguese and Spanish, or walking my rescue dog, Rosa Lou.

And if you need tips on traveling with a dog, the best beaches in Portugal, or where to find a great breakfast taco in Austin—I’m always happy to share.

Emily brought energy and charisma to every meeting at Huddle; she was a delight to work with everyday.

She sees how marketing ties with all areas of the business, connecting dots across brand, product, finance, CX, and more. Which, for a venture-backed startup, was critical. A great launch partner from idea to execution.
